This can be by phone or email for initial discussion and to brainstorm about the website design, functionality, budget and timing requirements.
Proposal
We make a proposal to the client showing them the kind of service we can offer them for the amount of money they are spending on the whole thing. This details the types of processes involved, everything that will be included and all the extras that might require a bit more time or money. The proposal can is either be very detailed or very small depending on the type of website you want to have and your requirements. We do this so that we can understand you the client well and also to make sure that the two of us are on the same page as far as the web designing is concerned.
Approval & Contract
After all that is done and you have settled for everything, the only thing left to do is the contract signing. The last thing we want to happen is misunderstandings to occur after the work has already commenced or completed. This is where the contract signing comes in. So as to specifically make sure that the clients and we have an agreement that will ensure that nothing goes wrong.
